Our Vision

"At Delegia, we believe that conferences, events, congresses, and trade shows should work without irritation, especially in connection with registration, marketing, and follow-up. Our core business focuses on what always forms the basis of all well-executed meetings; the registration. With a great booking system, where all parameters regarding payments, discounts, the right hotel to the right person and so on are included, you create the foundation for efficient and well-executed events."

The company started its operations back in 2002. Michael Westerberg, formerly IT manager, was hired and the extensive development of Delegia Meeting System began. The system is based on the experience we gained from similar system solutions at Stockholmsmässan and other customers. The goal then was, and still is, to offer a booking system to create effective meetings.

We provide the system as a service to professional meeting organizers for efficient management of events, participants, and visitors. Our customers are currently found in Sweden, the Nordic countries, the USA, and Asia.

Constant Development

We are often involved in meetings where high demands are placed on advanced logistics and a good system for efficient management of everything from registration, hotel booking, and payment to follow-up and evaluation. We are constantly developing new IT solutions that complement and broaden the system so that our customers have full control over their events and can create effective meetings.

Delegia's Employees

Experience and broad knowledge can be found among our employees and in the company’s management. Our employees have previous experience in the meeting industry, event production, IT support for exhibitions, as well as from the conference and travel industries. We also involve students and newly graduated IT employees in our operations, creating a good mix of long experience, knowledge of needs, and the development of new solutions.
